Who Are These Club Penguin Mascots? [Exclusive]

Yet again I was doing more looking through Club Penguins files when I saw some strange things. First off, I saw a crab that seems to be someone like Klutzy’s Grandpa – I have no clue, but he(?) looks old and tough.

There was also this other penguin that looks somewhat familiar. Take a look:

Could it be Agent PH from the Elite Penguin Force DS game? The hats are similar.
